Garfield unknowingly went next to the wall Jon was behind and asked where his lasagna is. Afterwards, Jon went to hide behind a wall. Liz was unaware of Garfield coming out of a bush behind which caused her death. Outside the house, Jon's girlfriend, Liz says that Jon was supposed to be there. Garfield then grabbed Jon and told him that he requires lasagna. Jon hid behind a TV but Garfield told him that he could smell him. Instead of killing him immediately, Garfield infected Odie with whatever corruption or parasite is within him, and left him to decay into a monster like himself.Īfter that, Garfield went for Jon. 2 weeks later, Garfield attacked Odie while he was walking by the window. He also caused Lyman to be locked in the insane asylum by giving him prophetic visions, causing poor Lyman to be worried for the safety of Jon and Odie. However, one day he got infected by a hostile parasite and caused Jon to go into hiding from him. Plus, he always loved to satirically enjoy teasing Jon and his dog Odie. He was always lazy and an acerbic wit, with a strong passion for food. Garfield used to be a small overweight orange cat and the pet of Jon Arbuckle.
