The application continues to not have window borders just like when it was in beta, at least in Ubuntu. DaVinci Resolve 15 Studio costs $299 and it includes multi-user collaboration features along with 3D tools, dozens of Resolve FX and more. The free to use version does not support h26x on Linux (this is not the case on Windows or Mac), so you'll need to transcode any such clips before using them in DaVinci resolve.
